No, its not a tornado. It’s sunrise over West Bay. This picture shows Abbotsbury getting a very heavy shower but West Bay just missing it. The date is March 11th and the forecast promises several hours of sunshine today……at long last.

The weatherman hinted at a few days of high pressure next week. This means sunshine and usually settled conditions. Could this be the end of a very wet and windy six months? With the virus dominating every news bulletin it can be a bit of a job being optimistic about the coming season. Is it going to blow? Are there going to be any people?

Our Lyme Regis deep sea fishing trips will still be at the popular time of 8.30 am till 1130am but if you are part of a group and would like to leave at a later time please give me a ring on 07974 753287 and we can work something out.

The ever popular one hour Lyme Regis mackerel fishing trips will leave throughout the day from Lyme Regis harbour. Please phone if you would like to join one of these. There’s no need to fish if you don’t want to,just sit back and watch the world go by.
